Product & Care
How will my order be packaged?
Our The Ari Edit Boxes are made from recycled materials. All orders are sent in compostable postage satchels. The Ari Edit are committed to sustainability and are working to find new, innovative ways to reduce our carbon footprint. Whenever you purchase multiple pieces, we will package them appropriately in one box. If you need more than one box or separate packaging, please let us know in the notes section during checkout and we’ll happily oblige.
Where are the Ari Edit pieces made?
Every piece of jewellery sold by the Ari Edit is carved, cut, filed and polished by hand by a global team of craftsman who are based in Australia, South Korea and India. The leading manufacturer of our jewellery is a small, female-led, family-owned business who prioritise responsible working practices for their artisans.

Shipping & Returns
How much does shipping Australia Wide?
Express shipping is free for all Australian orders over $99. All orders under $99 will cost $8.95 for express shipping. Allow 1-3 days to arrive once shipped.
How much does shipping World Wide?
Shipping is free worldwide for all orders over $199. All orders under $199 will cost $14.95 for shipping. Allow 4-7 days to arrive once shipped. Please note that all customs and duty taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
What is The Ari Edit’s Return Policy?
If you have changed you mind about a piece, The Ari Edit is happy to accept a return in exchange for either a gift card to the amount of 110% of your purchase or a monetary refund of 100%. This excludes any shipping costs already incurred by the Ari Edit. To be eligible for a refund, pieces must be unworn and in the same condition they arrived in. All return requests must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your piece. Please email us at ask@theariedit.com.au, to organize your return. All requests will be reviewed within 24 hours. Please allow 5 days for your return to be processed. You can read our full return policy here.
Order Management
How do I redeem my mailing list discount code?
Once you sign up to The Ari Edit’s mailing list (see the footer of our website) you will be sent a discount code that gives you 10% of your first purchase. To activate this offer, simply enter the provided code into the discount code field during checkout.
How many discount codes can I apply to one order?
You can apply one discount code per order in the discount section of the checkout.
Can I change or alter my order?
If you need to make urgent changes to your order, please email us with your order number and the correct changes. Our last set of orders are processed at 8am AEST, your email must arrive before this to be actioned. If the parcel has already been dispatched changes cannot be made. Once a payment has been received and your order is complete, it is then subject to the returns policy. Please note that changes to the address cannot be made once the order leaves our warehouse as it then becomes the property of the courier company.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order with The Ari Edit once it has been paid for and completed. Please refer to our Returns Page, if you are no longer happy with your order
Do you hold stock?
Due to the nature of an online store, our stock is continuously selling, so we are unable to hold or place stock aside for orders and exchanges.
How long does stock hold in my shopping cart?
If you have placed items in your shopping cart, they will remain placed there until the stock is no longer available. Please note, placing items in your cart does not hold the item for you.
