If you change your mind about your piece, The Ari Edit  will happily offer a credit note  to the amount of 110% of your purchase or a refund of 100%, excluding the shipping costs The Ari Edit has already incurred and gift wrapping.

All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your piece. To organise a return, please email us at ask@theariedit.com.au. All return requests will be reviewed within 24 hours and please allow 5 days for your return to be processed once received. The Ari Edit will not accept any pieces when:

• A piece is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged or is not in its original packaging.
• If the piece is earrings, due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings
• If the piece is custom made
• If the item is returned outside of the time frame stated above
• Strictly no refunds on Afterpay, however we are able to offer a gift card. Please note: This is due to the cost we incur for offering these services on our website. 
• Strictly no cancellation of orders that are pre-order
